Baked Whole-Wheat Tortilla Chips

8 inch whole-wheat tortillas

Kosher salt (optional)

Baked Whole Wheat Tortilla Chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Lightly spray both sides of tortilla with cooking spray.  If desired, sprinkle one side very lightly with salt.
  3. Cut each tortilla into 8 pieces.  Place on parchment lined baking pan.
  4. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes, turning over ½ way through.  Cool on rack.
  5. Serve with favorite dip, salsa or guacamole.

 

Servings:  4 chips (1/2 a tortilla)
