Turkey with a Twist

Ingredient List: 

100, 2 ounce unsalted pretzels
1 quart, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low-fat
2 cups, 1 tablespoon mustard
10 1/2 pounds turkey slices
6 pounds, 4 ounces mozzarella cheese slices (part skim)
3 pounds, 8 ounces leaf lettuce

Directions:
Slice pretzels in half as for a bun.
Mix and spread dressing and mustard inside pretzel halves. Place 1 ounce turkey, 1 ounce cheese and fresh washed leaf lettuce in layers on each pretzel half; cover with other pretzel half.
