1 pound frozen bread dough, white or cinnamon raisin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup red seedless grapes, halved
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Thaw dough until it starts to rise. Roll dough into a 9 x 13-inch rectangle pan. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Punch indentations into dough with fingertips. Brush with oil and push grapes into dough. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on top.
Put directly into oven and bake on lowest rack 15 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack and cut into 15 pieces.
