1 1/2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups + 2 tablespoons cake flour (or 2 cups all-purpose flour)
2 large eggs, slightly beaten

1 - 20 ounce can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 cup chopped cashews
3/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Topping:
1 - 3.4 ounce package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 - 8 ounce package cream cheese (1/3 less fat)
1 - 8 ounce container frozen whipped topping, thawed sweetened flaked coconut chopped cashews

First Layer:
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Second Layer:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 3/4 cups boiling water

Directions:  
Spray the crock-pot with baking spray. 

Mix 1 cup brown sugar, flour, 3 tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk, margarine and vanilla. Spoon batter into bottom of crock pot (dough is very thick).
