Wheat Pabulum
Ingredients:
1 cup Whole Wheat flour
1 1/2 cups Water
Add milk, 2% and sugar to taste
Description:
This is very good and nourishing. I've been eating it for the past year. You can also substitute wheat pabulum for custard.
Directions:
In a bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with 1/2 cup of water. Take remaing cup of water in a small sauce pan and bring to a boil. Stir in the wheat flour mixture and stir constantly with a spatula for aprroximately 5 minutes to a desired thickness.
Scoup into a bowl and add milk and sugar to taste.
Utensils Needed:
Measuring cup for dry ingrediants
Measuring cup for liquids
Sauce pan
Spatula
Bowl
Time To Prepare:
10 minutes
