FAQs
What's the difference between flour and corn tortillas?
We prefer to call them wheat tortillas (instead of flour) because it more accurately describes their source of origin. Both wheat and corn tortillas are low-fat, high-carbohydrate products. Wheat tortillas contain about three grams of fat; corn contains one gram. They can be used interchangeably in recipes although there is a difference in their textures and flavors.
