This is a healthy recipe, but should NOT be consumed by pregnant women unless the deli meat has been reheated until steaming hot. Pregnant women and their babies are more susceptible to be infected by a bacteria called listeria monocytogenes, which can be found on deli meats and other processed meats like hot dogs, as well as soft (French style) cheeses and unpasteurized dairy products.
