From Concept to Reality to Virtuality

Wheat partakes in an amazing journey from the time its seed is planted until its appearance on your plate. We told wheat’s farm-to-fork story by bringing a live wheat field to New York City in October 2008, and we continue to educate people about the life cycle of America’s most-consumed grain through our Web site. Our farm-to-fork efforts continue. Check out the Urban Wheat Field for educational materials.
