French Cookies
Ingredients:
1 pound butter
2 cups sugar
2 cups brown sugar, packed
8 eggs
1/3 cup vanilla extract
8 cups all-purpose flour
Description:
Great for birthday parties, wedding showers, or just as a treat. These are especially cute when created in the shape of a dress shoe!

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla; mix in flour. Chill in refrigerator over night.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and place in the middle of the Belgi Galette (French Cookie) iron. Cook for approximately 45 seconds on each side.

Provides 97, 1-ounce flat cookies
