Cranberry Compote
Ingredients:
1 - 15 ounce can jellied whole cranberries
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1/2 cup almonds, chopped or sliced
2 tablespoons apricot brandy (optional)
8 ounces Brie cheese
Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine first four ingredients in a small bowl.

Place Brie in an oven-proof serving dish and warm oven until Brie just begins to melt. Remove from oven and top with cranberry mixture. Serve immediately with crackers of your choice.
Servings: 100 - 1/2 tbsp. servings
Calories/Serving: 19
Nutrition: Each serving provides approximately: 19 calories; 1 g protein; 0 g fiber; 2 g carbohydrates; 1 g fat (0 g saturated); 2 mg cholesterol; 2 mcg folate; 0 mg iron; 14 mg sodium.

This recipe is easy to make because it has one of my favorite fruit called cranberries.
