Blender Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup wheat (kernals)
2 cups milk
3 eggs
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon soda
Description: Great recipe I received from a friend years ago.
Directions: Combine milk and wheat in blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes; add eggs oil, salt, and sugar; blend well. Pour batter into other bowl; add baking powder and soda and mix.

Pour 1/4 cup batter for each cake onto hot griddle and cook until bubbles appear on top, flip over (only once) and cook until lightly browned.
Utensils Needed: Blender
Measuring Cups
Measuring Spoons
Large Bowl
Skillet/Griddle
Spatula
Pancake Turner
Pan Size: Griddle
Bake Temperature: Medium high
Bake Time: Approximately 2 minutes
Time To Prepare: 3-5 minutes
Servings: Provides 10-12 pancakes
